Culture and Arts During 2007, the Colombia Program is holding a series of Art and Culture-oriented workshops, to create better understanding and knowledge of policies, programs and activities in this field, including as related to the conflict and the effects it has had on the country. In addition, the October and November events entitled "Bogota, the Proud Rivival of a City" are only one part of a series of worldwide events presenting the transformation of Bogotá over the past 15 years.
