On Jan. 23 at 4 p.m., join CLAS in ICC 450 as we welcome Eric Gettig, Juan González and Angelo Rivero Santos for a discussion on the U.S. government’s Jan. 3 removal of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and its regional sociopolitical implications.
Eric Gettig, adjunct professor in the School of Foreign Service; Juan González, former U.S. government official; and Angelo Rivero Santos, teaching professor in the SFS and CLAS director of academic affairs, will each take a couple of minutes to offer their initial reactions to and insights on this “moment,” and we will then open the floor to questions, comments, and discussion.
