“Economic Development”: CLAS Colloquium
Join CLAS at 5 p.m. on April 24 in the ACMCU (ICC 270) for the second CLAS Colloquium of the Spring 2026 semester, which will address economic development in the Americas.
In this exciting event, the worlds of theory and practice will come together in respectful engagement on the critical issue of economic development in Latin America. As the global economy grows more interconnected, it is more important than ever to better understand how states, civil society and commercial interests interact to bring about economic development in the region.
The CLAS Colloquium series offers master’s and undergraduate students – and the CLAS community more generally – an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussion about critical dynamics in the region. Please RSVP here.
