Georgetown University’s Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS) has become aware of an internet news story claiming to cite evidence from a purported CLAS pre-election poll in Ecuador.
Images associated with the story employ both the CLAS name and logo.
We wish to make clear that this poll was NOT carried out by CLAS, nor was any such poll carried out by CLAS or any member of our community of scholars and researchers.
