Bio: I currently serve as Political Counselor at the Embassy of Panama in Washington, D.C. In this role, I follow developments in U.S. policy, maintain contact with Congress and government agencies, and support the Embassy’s work on issues of importance to Panama. Before joining the diplomatic service, I worked as a lawyer in Panama, serving as both defense counsel and private prosecutor. Much of my legal practice focused on white-collar criminal cases, mostly matters involving financial offenses. I studied Law and Political Science at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in Panama and also have a background in debate.
