- About: The Georgetown Americas Institute, the School of Foreign Service and the Center for Latin American Studies are pleased to welcome His Excellency Gustavo Petro, president of the Republic of Colombia, for an address to the Georgetown University community on Feb. 5 at 2:00 p.m. President Petro will reflect on the current state of world affairs and the implications of a changing global order for Latin America and the Caribbean.
