Bio: I am a junior in the SFS, majoring in International Politics with a deep passion for Latin American Studies. My interest in the region was sparked early through my parents' experiences living in Latin America, which exposed me to its rich cultural diversity and complex dynamics from a young age. I am particularly fascinated by the intersection of Latin American foreign policy and broader geopolitical forces, especially as they evolve within this rapidly changing region. The interplay between domestic political developments and international relations in Latin America presents unique opportunities to understand how regional powers navigate global pressures while maintaining their distinct identities. I also had the privilege of working as a program assistant for CLAS! This experience allowed me to engage further with the wonderful community at CLAS whilst deepening my academic interests and commitment to Latin American studies.
