Bio: Karolina was born in Prague, Czech Republic. She obtained her bachelor’s degree at Charles University in Prague in International Area Studies where she concentrated mostly on United States and Latin American relations and geopolitics of Latin America. In her thesis she analyzed international aid to Colombia during the years 1998-2008. During her final year she was an intern in think thank EUROPEUM, Institute for European Policy where she pursued research agenda. At Municipality of Prague 9, she was also Project assistant to development projects caring for better urban environment and traffic.
