Jackson Roberts

Hometown: Highland Park, Ill.
Bio: Jackson Roberts is a sophomore in the School of Foreign Service, studying International Political Economy with a minor in Latin American Studies. Growing up in Highland Park, Ill., Jackson was raised in a Spanish-English dual language program where he developed a deep appreciation for the Spanish language and Latin America and became exposed to the region’s deep cultural and political diversity. Coming to Georgetown, he hopes to apply his interest in international affairs to the region to help increase global visibility about Latin America's issues and importance in the world at large. Outside of academics, he has experience in outdoor education, hospitality and customer service.
