Bio: Majaella is an accelerated MA student in the Latin American Studies program who graduated from Wellesley College in May 2019. She holds a B.A. in Peace and Justice Studies with a concentration in the Politics and Culture of Latin America. In her final year at Wellesley, Majaella received honors for her thesis research and final paper entitled Faith and Feminicide: The Catholic Church's Efforts to Combat Feminicide in Guatemala. After spending multiple summers working in politics, law and at the State Department, she is very excited to become a part of the Georgetown community!
