Kylie Stronko

Hometown: Woodbridge, VA
Bio: Kylie is a 2021 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, where she earned a B.S. in Latin American Studies, concentrating in Political Science and minoring in Portuguese. Upon graduating, Kylie was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant and an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force before entering Georgetown in Fall 2021. In addition to her coursework at Georgetown, Kylie participates in the Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) for Brazilian Portuguese to continue building on her professional proficiency in the Portuguese language. After finishing at Georgetown, Kylie will continue her Air Force career and attend Intelligence School in San Angelo, Texas. Kylie's current research interests include civil-military relations, U.S.-Latin America relations, Latin American security, and global power politics in Latin America.
