Nidi Bueno
Visiting Researcher
Nidi Bueno is the director of the Diplomacy Preparatory Center for Brazilian State Conquest for Diplomatic Career. Since 2019, Dr. Bueno has been a Visiting Researcher at the Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Services — Center for Latin-American Studies. He did his PhD dissertation residence at the Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and holds a Ph.D. and a M.A. in International Relations by University of Brasilia and took at the National Taiwan University’s Political Science Program. He has been honored with the 2014 European Union Visitor Program (EUVP) and with the National Taiwan Government Fellowship (2013).
Dr. Bueno has been the Director of the Catholic University of Brasilia’s Center of International Relations, a Full-Professor at the Euro-American University’s Graduate Program in Political Science and a Visiting Professor at many universities.
His research areas are international politics, international political economy, I.R. research methodology and sub-national actors.
