Howard Xuan is an undergraduate senior majoring in Regional and Comparative Studies with a focus on Latin America and Asia. He began as a research assistant for the SIGLA database in the summer of 2021, working on the Mexico team, and now serves as senior research assistant. Outside of SIGLA, Howard worked as an events intern at the Brookings Institute and enjoys practicing magic tricks in his free time.
